These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Aladdin Rentals and Events website at aladdinrentals.com (the “Website”). The Website is operated by Aladdin Rentals & Events LLC, doing business as Aladdin Rentals and Events (“Aladdin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Scope of these Terms
These Terms apply to browsing the Website, submitting a quote request, and communicating with us through Website contact methods. They do not, by themselves, create a rental reservation, guarantee equipment availability, or replace a written quote, order confirmation, rental agreement, or other transaction-specific agreement that Aladdin provides for a rental.
If you enter a rental agreement or receive a transaction-specific confirmation from Aladdin, that agreement or confirmation controls the applicable rental period, inventory, price, payment, delivery or pickup, setup or takedown, cancellation, equipment care, damage, and other rental-specific terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a transaction-specific agreement, the transaction-specific agreement controls for that rental.
Specific terms regarding pricing, deposits, payment timing, delivery and setup, cancellations, refunds, weather, late returns, loss or damage, insurance, venue conditions, and other rental requirements will be provided in the applicable quote, reservation confirmation, invoice, or rental agreement. Please contact Aladdin Rentals before booking if you need clarification. The transaction-specific documents accepted for a rental control if they conflict with these Website Terms.
Website use
You may use the Website for lawful, personal, or legitimate business purposes. You may not:
- use the Website in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights;
- interfere with the Website’s security, operation, or availability;
- attempt to access nonpublic areas, accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
- use automated means to scrape, copy, or collect Website content at a volume that disrupts the Website or exceeds ordinary search-engine indexing; or
- submit false, misleading, harmful, or infringing information through a Website form or contact method.
Quotes, information, and availability
Website content is provided for general information about Aladdin’s event and party-rental services. A request for a quote is an inquiry, not an order or reservation. Equipment, dates, delivery or setup options, service areas, and pricing remain subject to Aladdin’s confirmation and any applicable transaction-specific terms.
We may correct typographical errors, update Website information, or change offerings without creating an obligation to supply an item or service at an earlier displayed description or price, to the extent permitted by law.
Rental services
Aladdin provides party and event-rental offerings, including equipment such as tents, tables, chairs, and related event items. The Website also describes pickup, delivery, setup, and takedown options. The exact services for a particular event are determined through Aladdin’s confirmation and the applicable rental documentation.
Use rental equipment only as directed by Aladdin and by any transaction-specific agreement, instructions, or safety materials. Do not use equipment for unlawful purposes or in a manner that creates an unreasonable risk of injury, property damage, or equipment damage.
Intellectual property

Governing law
