A useful venue comparison starts with the work your team plans to do. Presentations, facilitated workshops, awards dinners, and active challenges place different demands on the room. Headcount alone cannot tell you whether a space fits the agenda.
Three current Colleyville venues publish enough first-party information to begin a shortlist: Colleyville Center, Montclair, and Aristide Colleyville. Their public pages confirm locations and event uses, but they do not publish every answer a corporate planner needs. Use the confirmed facts below to choose which venues merit a direct inquiry.
Start with the Team-Building Format
Write a simple run of show before requesting proposals. List the arrival period, general session, breakout work, meals, activities, recognition program, and departure. Add the minutes needed to reset the room between formats.
Then label each segment by setup. A theater arrangement supports a presentation, while classroom tables give participants a writing surface. Banquet rounds suit meals and grouped discussion. Standing receptions need circulation space. Physical challenges may need an outdoor area or an open room with boundaries the venue approves.
Send the same schedule and headcount to every venue. Ask each venue to return a labeled floor plan for every setup, including transitions. This creates a fair comparison and keeps the headline ballroom capacity from standing in for a workable team-building plan.
Build a Current Colleyville Venue Shortlist
The following venues were reviewed through current owner or government pages on August 11, 2026. Their inclusion confirms that they are operating Colleyville event venues with a relevant business or corporate use. It does not rank, endorse, or confirm availability at any venue.
Colleyville Center
Colleyville Center is a City-operated venue at 5301 Riverwalk Drive. The City specifically presents the facility for business retreats, professional events, fundraisers, club meetings, and social occasions. It identifies an adaptable indoor space, landscaped grounds, a garden plaza, a performance stage, audiovisual capabilities, and a catering prep kitchen.
According to the current City event rental rate card, weekday bookings can accommodate 6 to 200 guests. It names board, classroom, theater, and banquet setups. The card lists a 200-person maximum banquet capacity for a weekend full-building rental. These numbers belong to the stated rental types and setups; ask the Center for the capacity of your exact floor plan.
The rate card lists free parking and Wi-Fi with reservations. It also lists weekday room rates from $200 for the conference room to $2,100 for the full building. Friday and Sunday ten-hour rentals are listed at $3,000, and Saturday at $4,000. A $1,000 refundable damage deposit, a $2-per-person outside-catering fee, and security charges may apply. Confirm the current total in a written quote because City rates and policies can change.
Montclair
Montclair is operating at 6504 Colleyville Boulevard. Its owner identifies corporate award ceremonies, sales meetings, fundraising galas, private celebrations, fashion shows, and photo shoots among the listed uses. The site also confirms onsite parking, a ballroom, chapel, entrance hall, and terrace.
Montclair says its reception ballroom can entertain 250 people. The owner does not label that figure as a classroom, theater, banquet, or standing setup. A team planner should request a floor plan that shows the proposed tables, presentation area, activities, food service, and circulation before treating 250 as usable for the program.
The Montclair event package page offers catering, rentals, and full-service options for corporate galas, fundraisers, private parties, and celebrations. Pricing, package details, accessibility information, audiovisual specifications, bar rules, and rental hours require a direct inquiry through its form or event staff.
Aristide
Aristide Colleyville remains an active Walters Wedding Estates venue at 77 Piazza Lane. The owner lists a Grand Ballroom, indoor reception area, chapel, cocktail area, and outdoor courtyard. Its venue page publishes a limit of up to 275 guests. Standard venue items include tables, chairs, table linens, cocktail tables, planning services, and floor-plan setup and teardown.
Walters also promotes corporate and social events across its venue collection, including team celebrations, company milestones, networking events, client gatherings, and company parties. That page says weekday events are welcome. Because the Aristide page focuses mainly on weddings, ask Walters to confirm that the exact team-building format, date, and activity plan are eligible at Aristide.
Walters describes customizable food and beverage packages for corporate events. Its public corporate page says packages can include tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, silverware, napkins, service staff, and security. The exact Aristide corporate rate, bar terms, AV, parking plan, accessibility arrangements, hours, and configuration-specific capacities remain questions for a written proposal.
Compare Capacity, Room Layout, and Activity Space
Create one comparison row for every program segment. Record the venue, named room or outdoor area, setup, venue-approved capacity, activity footprint, and reset time. Keep seated and standing figures separate.
The public numbers illustrate why this matters. Colleyville Center publishes weekday setup types and a weekend full-building banquet maximum. Montclair publishes a general ballroom figure. Aristide publishes a venue-wide guest limit. None of those numbers approves a custom layout with a stage, projector, buffet, bar, dance floor, game equipment, or breakout stations.
Ask each venue to place those features on a scaled plan. Include aisles, exits, service routes, accessible routes, registration, storage, and any space facilitators need. If the agenda uses a courtyard or grounds, request a separate approved plan and weather alternative. Confirm whether indoor and outdoor capacities can operate at the same time.
Verify AV, Food, Access, Parking, and Timing
Build a written fact sheet for each finalist. Under AV, list the screen, projector or display, microphones, speakers, inputs, internet connection, power, technician, and rehearsal access. Colleyville Center advertises AV capabilities, but its rate card shows that availability differs between weekday and weekend offerings. Montclair and Aristide require event-specific AV confirmation.
For food and bar service, record whether catering is in-house, preferred, or open to outside vendors. Colleyville Center allows clients to choose a caterer and publishes an outside-catering fee. Its current venue policies require alcohol service from an approved bar area by a TABC-certified bartender. Security may also be required. Montclair offers catering and full-service packages, while Walters offers customizable food and beverage packages. Ask both private venues for current outside-vendor and alcohol rules.
Confirm the complete arrival path during a tour. Check parking quantity, accessible parking, drop-off, entrance, restrooms, routes between program areas, and the accommodation process. Colleyville Center publishes free parking, and Montclair confirms onsite parking. The reviewed owner pages do not provide a complete accessibility or parking plan for all three venues.
Timing affects both cost and feasibility. Colleyville Center publishes weekday rental hours from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday access runs until midnight. Saturday access runs from noon to midnight, and Sunday access runs from noon to 11 p.m. Montclair and Aristide require written confirmation of access, setup, event, teardown, and overtime hours.
Match Rental Needs to the Venue
Wait for the venue-approved plan and inclusion list before ordering equipment. A package may include tables and chairs but still lack the exact shapes, quantities, linens, staging, presentation equipment, or activity stations your agenda needs.
Use the Colleyville corporate-event rental page to identify possible equipment after the venue approves the room and setup. Share the venue rules, loading instructions, access times, floor plan, and included inventory with the rental provider.
Compare complete costs rather than room fees alone. Add required staffing, security, food and beverage, AV, Wi-Fi, furniture, linens, delivery, setup, teardown, overtime, deposits, taxes, and service charges. The Colleyville event-cost guide provides a framework for placing those items in one estimate.
Questions to Ask Before Booking
Ask every finalist to answer the same questions in writing:
- Is our event type and complete activity plan permitted on the proposed date?
- Which room or area will we use for each agenda segment?
- What capacity applies to each exact setup, and will you provide a labeled floor plan?
- Which AV equipment, internet service, furniture, linens, staff, security, food, and bar services are included?
- Which outside vendors and rental items are allowed, and what insurance or approval do they need?
- How do guests reach accessible parking, entrances, program areas, restrooms, and seating?
- What are the setup, rehearsal, event, teardown, loading, and overtime hours?
- Which fees, deposits, minimums, taxes, service charges, and cancellation terms apply?
Keep the proposal, floor plan, policies, and final inclusion list together. Reconfirm them if the headcount, room, setup, schedule, food service, bar, AV, or activity changes.
When you have selected a venue, use our contact form. Send the verified venue, exact room, team-building format, headcount, schedule, approved floor plan, included equipment, and remaining rental list. We can plan around those confirmed details without making a venue endorsement or availability promise.
