Aladdin Rentals & Events LLC, doing business as Aladdin Rentals and Events (“Aladdin,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects the privacy of people who visit aladdinrentals.com (the “Website”), request a quote, or otherwise contact us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.
Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information, depending on how you interact with us:
- Contact and inquiry information. First and last name, email address, phone number, service interest, and additional notes that you provide through the Website’s quote form or when you contact us.
- Event and rental-request information. Details you choose to provide about an event, requested equipment, dates, location, delivery, setup, or other service needs.
- Website and device information. Internet protocol address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring pages or links, approximate usage data, and identifiers collected through cookies or similar technologies.
- Communication information. The contents of messages, emails, calls, or other communications you send to us.
- Form-protection and technical information. The Website’s quote form uses Forminator and an anti-abuse verification field. Form processing may collect form, technical, and request-context information needed to process or protect a submission.
Please do not submit information that is unnecessary for your request. Do not submit payment-card, government-ID, health, or other sensitive information through a general Website contact form unless we specifically ask for it through an appropriate process.
Sources of information
We collect information directly from you when you submit a form, call, email, or otherwise communicate with us. We also collect information automatically when you use the Website, including through cookies, analytics, advertising, consent-management, and website-statistics tools. We may receive information from service providers that help us operate the Website or measure advertising performance.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- respond to quote requests, questions, and service inquiries;
- communicate about an inquiry, event, rental, or customer-service matter;
- evaluate availability and prepare or administer a quote or transaction-specific rental documentation;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Website and our services;
- understand Website use and measure the effectiveness of our marketing;
- detect, investigate, and help prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other unlawful activity;
- comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and protect rights, safety, and property; and
- carry out another purpose disclosed when information is collected or with your consent where required.
Cookies, analytics, advertising, and consent choices
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies. The Website’s Cookie Preferences interface currently identifies essential cookies, comment-related cookies, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Jetpack Stats. Its disclosed inventory includes consent-preference cookies; comment cookies; Google Analytics cookie names such as _ga, _ga_, _gid, _gat, _gac_, and certain legacy __utm* names; and Jetpack identifiers such as tk_ai, tk_aip, tk_qs, and tk_tc. Cookie names and durations can change as browsers, providers, and Website configurations change.
The Website currently loads Google Tag Manager (GTM-MZ7GDHZV). Project evidence also identifies Google Analytics 4 (G-GCJZC6BL1S) and Google Ads (AW-16494402879) measurement. These tools may process Website and device information, cookie identifiers, and event information such as form-submission confirmations, phone-link clicks, and email-link clicks. Aladdin’s implementation is designed to avoid sending raw phone numbers or email addresses in Google Analytics click-event parameters.
For a quote-form conversion, Aladdin’s Google Ads setup may use email address and phone number provided by the person submitting the form for Enhanced Conversions measurement. Google describes Enhanced Conversions as using hashed first-party customer data for conversion matching. That processing is for measurement and does not mean that every form submission is matched. It is also not a promise that no provider can receive personal information before its own hashing or processing steps. See Google’s information about Enhanced Conversions.
Use the Website’s Cookie Preferences control to review or change the choices presented there. You can also use browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some Google controls may be available through Google’s own settings or browser add-on. Blocking cookies can affect Website features and does not necessarily stop every transfer that occurs before, outside, or independently of browser controls.
The current consent configuration uses an opt-out/default-granted model, has script and content blocking disabled, and does not indicate that Global Privacy Control recognition is enabled. We therefore do not represent that a Global Privacy Control signal is currently processed as an opt-out request. If that changes, we will update this Policy.
How we disclose information
We may disclose personal information to:
- service providers that host, secure, maintain, or support the Website; process Website forms; manage cookie preferences; or provide analytics, advertising measurement, and website-statistics services;
- professional advisers and authorities where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, insurance, dispute-resolution, safety, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes;
- a successor or participant in a business transaction if permitted by law and relevant to a merger, financing, sale of assets, reorganization, or similar transaction; and
- other parties with your direction, consent, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
Examples visible in the Website configuration include Google, Automattic/Jetpack, Forminator, and WPConsent. Their use of information is governed by their own terms and privacy documentation, as applicable.
The legal terms “sale” and “sharing” can have jurisdiction-specific definitions that may include certain advertising or analytics disclosures. The Cookie Preferences control and the request methods in “Your privacy choices and requests” are available for you to exercise applicable choices. We will honor applicable opt-out requests as required by law.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the nature of the information, the context of the request or transaction, and applicable requirements. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information where permitted by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information. No website, email, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use care when sending information online.
Your privacy choices and requests
Depending on where you live and the law that applies to us and your information, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of personal information; to obtain information about our processing; or to opt out of certain processing. Some rights are subject to legal limits, exceptions, and verification requirements.
To make a privacy request, email derek@aladdinrentals.com or wendy@aladdinrentals.com with the subject line “Privacy Request,” call 817-282-3902, or write to the address below. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to verify it. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification and proof of authority where allowed.
If we deny a request and applicable law provides a right to appeal, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing derek@aladdinrentals.com or wendy@aladdinrentals.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal.” We will review the appeal and respond as required by applicable law.
Texas residents may have rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act when that law applies. California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act when that law applies, including rights concerning access, deletion, correction, and certain opt-outs. This Policy does not state that Aladdin is currently subject to every state privacy law or threshold. We will not discriminate against a person for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Children’s privacy
The Website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Website. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us so we can review and address the information as appropriate.

Aladdin operates in Texas, United States. If you access the Website from outside the United States, information may be processed in the United States or another location where we or our service providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

The Website may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read the third party’s privacy policy before providing information to it.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy on the Website and update the “Last updated” date. Changes apply from the date posted unless a different effective date is stated.
